Radio Prague: “Czech lobbyists target for fresh regulatory attempt”

On March 21, 2018, Radio Prague presented an article concerning another move of the Czech government to regulate lobbying reflecting the absence of a specific set of rules on lobbying. The article reflects the seminar in the Czech parliament on the regulation of lobbying organised in cooperation with APAA and under the auspices of the Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs. ” There were several attempts to pass legislation in recent years. There was something in 2009, there was a draft law in 2013. And now three is a draft law which passed through the government but which will have to be finalised within the next few months ” says APAA’s Chairman Václav Nekvapil.
