Seminar “Transparency and legal regulation of lobbying” will take place on March 13th, from 13:00

On Thursday, March 13th from 13:00 a seminar will take place at the Chamber of deputies under the auspices of the Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs and its chairman on the topic “Transparency and legal regulation of lobbying”.

Seminar, in which APAA representatives will participate, will focus on the broader context of regulation of lobbying in light of experiences from abroad as well as legislative initiative proposed in the Czech Republic. The aim is to discuss forms of communication between interest groups (business, professional, non-governmental organisations etc.) and public administration and possible ways of regulating this area.
