Draft of measures promoting transparency of legislative and decision-making process vis-a-vis lobbying activity is being prepared

Minister for human rights and legislation Jan Chvojka is preparing a draft of measures promoting transparency of legislative and decision-making process vis-a-vis lobbying activity, that would among others require a compulsory registration and publishing information about meetings with politicians. Chvojka’s predecessor, Jiří Dienstbier, had already started working on the legislative proposal before leaving the government. Minister Chvojka would like to introduce final version of the law until the end of his ministry term.
