Recommendation of the Committee of Ministers on the legal regulation of lobbying activities

The Council of Europe approved on March 22, 2017 the Recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to member states on the legal regulation of lobbying activities in the context of public decision-making. Despite the fact, that some of recommendations submitted by APAA through the PACE (Public Affairs Community of Europe) were not taken into account, APAA considers the approved version to be generally beneficial to the whole industry.
